Harbottle & Lewis advised the shareholders of Vaix Limited, a leading developer of Artificial Intelligence solutions specifically designed for the iGaming industry, on its acquisition by Sportradar Group (NASDAQ; SRAD), a global provider of sports data and content.
Founded in 2016 by John O’Malia and Andreas Hartmann, Vaix’s innovative AI technology provides solutions for betting/gaming operators to improve personalised customer experiences. The acquisition of Vaix by the Sportradar Group is the culmination of a productive partnership between the two businesses over the past two years. The integration of Vaix’s AI solutions into the Sportradar Sportsbook platform will help Sportradar enhance their data analytics, promotions systems and player personalisation offerings.
