Harbottle & Lewis has advised iM Global Partner, the investment and development platform, on its acquisition of a 20% stake in Zadig Asset Management.
Based in London and Luxembourg, Zadig has $1.8 billion of assets under management and this transaction represents the first investment by iM Global in a European equities investment firm.
Harbottle & Lewis worked alongside French law firm Sekri Valentin Zerrouk and advised iM Global on the English law aspects of the investment, with the team comprising of Corporate partner Charles Leveque and Corporate associate Edward Lane.
