H&L advises Polygon Treehouse on agreement with United Label

24 January 2019

We’re delighted to have advised indie games studio, Polygon Treehouse, on its development and publishing agreement with United Label – CI Games’ new indie publishing business – to publish its adventure game Röki.

Polygon Treehouse was founded by Alex Kanaris-Sotiriou and Tom Jones, who previously worked together at Guerrilla Games.

The team advising on the agreement was partner Alan Moss and associate Ben McMeechan.

Co-founder of Polygon Treehouse, Alex said: “Harbottle & Lewis were a huge assistance to us in signing our first indie publishing deal.

“Alan and Ben were a pleasure to work with, and it was very reassuring to have their wealth of experience to hand throughout the process.”

Röki is due for release later this year.
