Diljinder is the firm’s MLRO and Head of Compliance leading a team responsible for all aspects of the firm’s regulatory agenda and AML functions as well as delivering risk and compliance advice to lawyers and senior management on areas around ethics and professional conduct.
He and his team provide commercial, pragmatic and risk-based advice to the business.
Relevant qualifications
Diljinder has over 20 years’ professional experience in the City and leading regional law firms as a lawyer.
More recently, Diljinder has exclusively focussed on regulatory law, financial crime regulation and risk, holding senior roles within law firms and having worked for the SRA’s Regulatory Management Directorate and as a legal adviser in their General Counsel team.
