Elisabeth specialises in employment law and provides advice to both employers and individuals, including senior executives, across all of the firm’s sectors.
When acting for employer clients Elisabeth advises on a broad range of workplace issues including disciplinary, capability and grievance processes, and advises on appropriate contractual documentation and policies. For employee clients Elisabeth negotiates and advises on disciplinaries, grievances, termination packages and settlement agreements. She represents both employees and employers in Employment Tribunal claims.
Elisabeth is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.

Elisabeth graduated from the University of York with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics before studying law at City, University of London and an LLM at the University of Law.
She trained at Harbottle & Lewis, undertaking employment work throughout her training contract, and also has gained experience in family law and commercial litigation, as well as commercial experience in media and entertainment including TV, film and theatre.
Before training with Harbottle, Elisabeth gained experience working with start-ups, charities and social enterprise businesses.
