Julia Gargan is an Associate in our Employment department and advises employers and employees across all of the Firm’s sectors.
Julia has experience in advising employers on workplace issues, including day-to-day HR considerations, contractual matters, consultancy arrangements and redundancy situations. She also advises individuals on workplace difficulties, including advising on settlement agreement terms.
Julia has experience representing Employers and Employees in both the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
Julia is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
