Nicola Tager advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She has particular experience of contractual matters, managing large-scale redundancy exercises, disputes relating to employment status and issues related to the termination of employment. She also advises on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions and has a particular interest in the application of TUPE.
She advises both employer and employee clients in broad range of industries, including media and entertainment, theatre, banking and financial services.

Nicola trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, qualifying in 2007 into the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Benefits Department. She joined Harbottle & Lewis in 2008
