He does this for both individuals and for companies. Steven has a wealth of experience in dealing with a range of different clients with different needs and objectives across multiple sectors.
Steven has particular expertise in libel, privacy, misuse of confidential information / data, harassment and intellectual property. He regularly advises clients in relation to reputation and crisis management, both pre and post publication or broadcast, as well as preventative measures designed to mitigate risk.
Steven has extensive experience in advising some of the media and entertainment industry’s most prominent figures. His clients include high profile and high net worth individuals, as well as corporate clients. He has advised, and continues to advise, a very considerable number of clients who have claims arising out of the unlawful interception of their voicemail, and the obtaining of information about them by unlawful means. In doing so, Steven has secured a number of significant settlements on behalf of his clients.
