Agatha is a senior associate advising both suppliers and customers on transactional and regulatory matters in the technology space.

Agatha has a particular interest and expertise in assisting clients with complex digital transformation projects across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. She also has a focus on the fintech sector, advising clients on a range of regulatory and commercial issues.

She has extensive experience in software licensing, data licensing and monetisation, cloud and SaaS transactions, outsourcing, app development, and digital and online regulation and combines a depth of legal knowledge with a commercial and pragmatic approach to advice. She works equally across the customer and supplier side across a wide range of industries, including technology, telecoms, media, finance and retail.

Agatha trained in-house at Lloyds Banking Group before moving to technology boutique firm Kemp Little on qualification. She joined Harbottle & Lewis in January 2022 as part of the firm’s new technology, data and digital group. Agatha is named in The Legal 500 UK guide as “expert, thoughtful and totally calm”, having “total professionalism” and offering “advice which is always spot on”.
