Anita is a partner and co-leads our data protection group.

Anita’s practice focuses purely on data protection and privacy matters, and has a wealth of experience advising a diverse range of clients on all aspects of data protection compliance across all sectors and industries. This ranges from GDPR compliance, information governance and marketing rules to ecommerce and data monetisation.

Anita also has significant experience working on data breaches and regulatory investigations as well as advising on freedom of information and interception rules. She has extensive technical knowledge of data protection law from a previous role as a government lawyer. Anita acts for a range of clients including large corporations in the retail, fashion, film and publishing industries.

Anita is a member of the Privacy & Data Protection Committee for the Society for Computers & Law (SCL) and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Anita speaks and writes regularly about privacy issues and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and offering commentary in the press.
