Banin is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant, specialising in providing tax advice to individuals, start-ups and owner-managed businesses.

Banin advises on a broad range of tax compliance and advisory matters, including HMRC disclosures, corporate structuring, property, employment, residency and international tax issues. Her work is focused on helping clients minimise risks and navigate tax regulations effectively while also considering the interaction between different taxes and evaluating the resulting tax and other reporting requirements.

Banin has a keen interest in workplace technologies and has leveraged it in roles involving practice management, implementation and transition.

Before joining Harbottle & Lewis, Banin gained extensive experience in public practice, specialising in advising entrepreneurs and clients in the media and entertainment sector. She managed the full spectrum of accounting and tax matters for her clients, often with an international dimension.

Banin is FCCA, ATT (Fellow) and CTA qualified, and is fluent in French. She has been actively involved with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) for many years. Among her current roles, she serves as a Council Member.
