Grace is an associate who combines her understanding of technology with a strong foundation in data protection to help clients navigate challenges that naturally overlap in this space.

Grace works with clients on complex commercial transactions and outsourcing arrangements that have a technology focus. She also enjoys helping clients bring their innovative products to market in providing legal support, with a commercial lens. Grace also has experience in guiding clients in the changing regulatory landscape, including online safety and AI regulation. She has a keen interest on data protection matters, helping clients navigate significant obligations including by drafting policies, advising on electronic marketing and managing data subject right requests.  

Grace trained at the firm with experience ranging from property, M&A and reputation management. Prior to joining, she was a paralegal in-house at a global financial services company working across international and all lines of business, including legal ops initiatives. Grace is also a co-lead for the firm’s Ethnic Minority Network.
