His practice encompasses succession planning, wealth structuring, trusts, and tax advice. Adil regularly supports clients with preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust documentation. He has particular expertise in advising clients with transatlantic connections on UK/US estate planning, trust structures and tax considerations.
Adil joined Harbottle & Lewis in April 2025, having previously worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. He is admitted to the New York Bar. Prior to this, Adil graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Columbia University.
