We also have experience advising on the resale of artwork online and artists’ resale rights, as well as the recovery of stolen artwork by way of “stakeholder applications”. We also provide advice on NFTs where the underlying asset is artwork.
We advise galleries in creating template commissioning and consignment agreements, and also act for entities commissioning high profile public installations and artwork (for example as part of infrastructure projects).
