Alice advises individuals on their estate planning, including advising on wills, trusts and the succession of family businesses. She also specialises on pre-arrival and pre-departure planning for individuals relocating to or from the UK, as well as advising trustees on the movements of their beneficiaries (and on trust issues more generally). Additionally, Alice supports clients with the implementation or restructuring of asset holding structures, both in the UK and offshore.
