She advises established West End, Broadway and up-and-coming producers, touring companies, theatre owners and high-profile rights holders on all aspects of theatre production, spanning from the commissioning of new musicals to the development and licensing of productions.
Before joining Harbottle & Lewis, Amy trained and qualified into the intellectual property team at Simmons & Simmons with a focus on IP transactions and trademark enforcement. Amy then moved in-house to The Really Useful Group/LW Entertainment where she spent five years working as legal counsel focusing on the worldwide licensing and protection of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s catalogue, as well as advising on an array of diverse commercial ventures across the entertainment landscape, including merchandise, music publishing and film.
