Eloise’s practice includes international and domestic litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) across a variety of industry sectors.
Eloise has a split practice and acts for both corporates (including established businesses and early stage companies) and individuals (including directors, investors, shareholders, HNWIs, and families). Her experience includes advising on a full range of contentious issues including contractual disputes, civil fraud, company law disputes (including shareholder disputes), negligence claims, contentious educational issues and art disputes.
Eloise is also experienced in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution and is an advocate of resolving disputes outside of court where this is possible.
