Jane advises on all stages of trade mark practice, from providing pre-filing clearance and filing strategy advice to managing trade mark prosecution, through to post-registration maintenance and enforcement. Jane has experience of working with clients across a range of sectors, from start-ups to global brands, and has previously managed the monitoring and maintenance of large, international trade mark portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm, Jane worked in a specialist IP firm. Jane is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA).
