Kate is an associate with extensive experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Kate advises businesses, senior executives and individuals on all aspects of employment matters. She supports clients across a wide range of industries and across all of the firm’s sectors, providing practical and strategic advice tailored to their needs.

Kate has extensive experience in employment tribunal litigation, representing clients in claims including those involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and redundancy. She also advises on day-to-day workplace issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters, capability concerns and restructures.

Kate is skilled in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and preparing employment documentation, including contracts, service agreements and workplace policies.

Kate is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association (ELA).
