She provides strategic advice on employee relations, organisational restructures, workplace policies, handbooks, and resolving employment disputes, and she has experience advising on Employment Tribunal litigation, including class actions and issues relating to the gig economy.
Before joining Harbottle & Lewis, Lauren worked in-house within the technology and real estate private equity sectors, where she gained hands-on experience addressing the employment challenges businesses face while providing daily support to ER and HR teams. This practical background equips her to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice aligned with her clients’ operational and strategic priorities.
Lauren graduated with first class honours from the University of Nottingham and was awarded the Old Square Chambers Prize in Labour Law. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
