Phil is an experienced general commercial litigator with a broad range of expertise in both domestic and multi-jurisdictional claims. His practice includes litigating cases in the English High Court, various first-instance tribunals such as the Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as representing clients in the appellate courts. In addition to his litigation work, Phil has significant experience in managing internal investigations and advising clients facing regulatory inquiries.
Phil represents both individuals and companies, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, including sports, media and entertainment, and financial services.
Phil trained and qualified at Travers Smith, where he spent over seven years in the Dispute Resolution team, representing a variety of large corporations and individuals. During this time, Phil was also seconded to the Italian law firm, Legance, in Rome.
