She regularly assists high net worth individuals in divorce and financial claims involving complex international assets. She is experienced in the instruction of independent experts to value a range of assets, including business and property valuations.
She assists with the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements, and advises on cases involving the challenge of nuptial agreements on divorce.
In children cases, Polly has particular experience of cases involving allegations of coercive and controlling behaviour and parental alienation, often with complex fact finding proceedings. She also assists families who have involvement from social workers and other child services.
Polly advises on cases at various stages of court involvement, from before issuing to appealing decisions, including applications to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Polly has worked on many cases which have been the subject of public interest, and regularly assists clients in considering the risks of public proceedings, as well as alternatives to court.

Al-Maktoum (various, 2020 to 2022): lengthy and wide-ranging litigation covering a range of different issues including child arrangements and financial claims for children in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
