Rachael is an associate who advises both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Rachael has a broad range of experience providing strategic advice on complex and sensitive employment matters including discrimination, harassment, dismissal, redundancies and workplace investigations. She has experience managing high-value employment litigation for both individual claimants and employer respondents.

Rachael has extensive familiarity and experience with advising on and negotiating settlement agreements from providing the requisite statutory advice to successfully negotiating commercial terms.
