Rebecca’s practice includes divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial claims, nuptial agreements, private law children matters and proceedings involving allegations of domestic violence. She has particular experience advising high net worth individuals on cross-jurisdictional matters, including complex financial disputes involving significant assets and trusts, and child abduction issues.
Rebecca is a conscientious and pragmatic advisor who is committed to resolving all issues constructively, whether through methods of non-court dispute resolution or where necessary the court system.
Prior to joining Harbottle & Lewis in 2025, Rebecca was an associate in the Family team at Mishcon de Reya, where she qualified in 2022. She is a member of Resolution, an organisation that promotes a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.
