Sam has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and shareholder arrangements for early-stage and high growth companies, with a particular interest in the sports, media and technology sectors.
Sam jointed Harbottle & Lewis in May 2026. Before joining, he trained and qualified at a boutique corporate and commercial practice where he worked on a range of M&A and venture capital transactions.
