Teresa is a managing associate with a broad corporate practice including a particular focus on the creative industries, retail and technology sectors. 

Teresa advises founders, businesses and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, fundraises and investments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Teresa was an associate in the corporate team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining Harbottle & Lewis in October 2013.
