Will’s clients include music artists, songwriters and producers at all stages of their careers, as well as managers, industry executives, record companies and music publishers. He has a particular enthusiasm for working with new and emerging talent.
Will’s core practice is focused on advising clients on commercial music agreements, including recording, distribution, publishing, management, production, merchandising, live/touring and composer agreements. He is also a specialist in negotiating brand and endorsement agreements, having worked in advertising at several top creative agencies prior to training as a lawyer, and as such his clients include influencers, content creators, brands and agencies operating across the wider media and entertainment industries. Due to the varied nature of Will’s clients’ activities, he also regularly advises on and negotiates deals in other areas such as film and television, theatre and modelling.
