Rosie is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Venture Capital group, which sits within the broader corporate team. Her practice focusses on supporting founders, early-stage and growing companies, venture capital funds and angel investors, often in the technology sector.
Rosie has experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including venture capital fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, public takeovers and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate advisory work for both public and private companies.
Rosie trained and qualified at Allen & Overy, where she worked in the corporate M&A team for four and a half years, including secondments to the Singapore office and a client secondment to Virgin Management. She subsequently spent two years in the Venture Capital Law team at law firm MJ Hudson, before joining Harbottle & Lewis in June 2023.
