She has acted for clients in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. Lucy regularly acts for both individual and corporate clients in pre-and post-publication scenarios in response to both national and international press enquiries and publications.
She also has experience in successfully engaging with data protection complaints and asserting clients’ right to be forgotten. She has also acted for clients in varied alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation and national and international arbitration.
Lucy trained at Harbottle & Lewis following the successful completion of her Masters in Law.
