Our employment lawyers support employers through the full life cycle of the employment relationship.

Our team are there to help employer clients address employee relations issues when they do arise, with our experience in managing workplace dispute and investigations, navigating performance and conduct concerns and managing organisational change for the businesses. We focus on achieving cost effective solutions and timely resolution of conflicts or complaints. If employment disputes do arise, our team can support employers in finding the best resolution for them, or handle defending even the most complex of Employment Tribunal or High Court claims.
