Sasha Lal is an Associate in the Private Client, Tax and Immigration team, specialising in Immigration.
Sasha advises on all aspects of UK Immigration and Nationality Law, with extensive expertise in business immigration matters. She works with businesses and individuals on sponsor licence and work-sponsored visa applications. She also provides advice on the prevention of illegal working and the compliance duties of a sponsor licence holder.
Most of Sasha’s clients are companies and/or skilled workers seeking entry or extension of their UK visas for employment purposes or entrepreneurs/businesses seeking advice on the acquisition and maintenance of sponsor licences. Her client base is primarily within the entertainment, media, information technology and financial sectors.
In addition to the above, whilst Sasha’s expertise lies within advising individuals and companies on business immigration matters, Sasha also has a wealth of expertise advising in relation to Tier 1 Investor Leave to Remain/ILR applications, Global Talent, indefinite leave to remain, human rights and British nationality applications.
