Katerina Capras advises clients in the technology, media and entertainment sectors on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, fundraisings, share incentive schemes and joint ventures.
She also has a particular interest in working with charities, social enterprises and philanthropic organisations and has extensive experience advising on charity formation, governance and corporate transactions involving charities and not for profit entities. She is a member of the Charity Law Association.
