Harbottle & Lewis has advised Rabbit Track, the TV & film production company co-founded by James Norton and Kitty Kaletsky on its investment from Banijay’s £50M UK Growth Fund.
Harbottle has advised Rabbit Track since it was founded in 2019 and since then it has developed green-lit scripted projects for the BBC and ITVX and released its first film, Rogue Agent, on Netflix in 2022. Banijay’s investment will enable the company to build its team and accelerate its growth. The terms of the investment include a first look agreement with distributor Banijay Rights.
